Lenders like to loan money on real estate. It's
how they make their money. A strong credit history is
always better of course, but most of us don't have a 720
credit score!
In my experience, most people who have been told
they can't afford a home, or who have been turned down
have simply not been dealing with the right Realtor
and/or Lender. Everyone has a different credit history,
and there are Banks for every situation, no matter how
bad or good your credit may be. We work with all types

money!
