name is Rory O’Connor, and I founded SRP in 1986 with the
goal of providing a higher level of professional real estate
service. I’ve had the successful career with the big
franchise, and I believe that being independent is
better…much better. My career covers the real estate
spectrum, from knocking on doors and meeting people in the
neighborhoods, to building The Village at Saratoga; a first
of its kind, new urban neighborhood in the heart of Saratoga
Springs.
I am committed to making a seriously independent

I’m a
native Saratogian, and a single Mom of two teenagers. I
became a real estate agent after seeing the success that can
be attained by doing the business right the first time.
Because I was born and raised here, in Saratoga Springs, I can provide my clients
with an insight that comes from experience…with
neighborhoods, schools, teachers, shopping and just about
anything else! I love this business, and the independent
